一、進出料管道的重量不能壓在接頭上，以免損傷接頭和  封頭間的絲扣。     
    1, The weight of charging and discharging pipe shouldn’t press joint in case the screw between joint and        sealing machine is damaged.
二、球頭螺帽（蓋形螺母）不能受力。
     2, Ball screw nut (cap nut) can’t tolerate pressure.
三、使用前，將球頭螺帽稍緊（運輸過程中可能松動）。
     3, Ball screw nut should be tightened slightly before used. (Perhaps transportation causes loose.)
四、使用時，先打開冷卻水閥門，讓水充滿殼程后，再進需冷卻的物料。
     4, Cooling water valve should be opened during use. After external shell is full of water, material is charged for cooling.
五、物料顆粒直徑不能大于1.5mm，以免堵塞管子。
     5, The diameter of material particle shouldn’t be more than 1.5mm in case tube is blocked.
六、管程、殼程內均不能有鐵屑、小玻璃等物質進入，以免損傷管子。
     6, Iron scurf and small glass pieces should be prevent from entering pipeline and external shell.
七、貯藏時，將進出水口封住，以免異物損傷管子。
     7, Seal water inlet and outlet in case impurity damages pipe.
八、換熱器在安裝使用過程中，外殼上面不能直接電焊。
     8, When heat exchanger is installed, the electric welding of external shell is forbidden.
九、在安裝換熱器過程中，周圍3米內不能電焊；如必須電焊，一定要將進出水口和進出料口封死，保證焊
        渣不能進入管程和殼程。
      9, When heat exchanger is installed, electric welding is forbidden in the area within three meters of heat
          exchanger. If electric welding must be done, seal water inlet and outlet mouth and charging and   
          discharging mouth to prevent welding slag from entering pipe and shell.
 

十、接頭和封頭均有一一對應的編號，安裝時請按編號一一對應安裝。否則，則會出現有的過緊，有的過
         松的現象。
      10, There is a pair of code number in jointer and sealing head. The installment should be carried out
             according to code number. Otherwise, tighter and looser phenomenon will happen to jointer and
              sealing head.
